Performance Manager
Create / provide accurate performance statistics on the HCB, GTS and GSC parts of NSANet in direct support to the CTOC/WAN and Fault Managers. Act on receipt of requirement; Research technical information available to determine what performance information is available on the equipment. Decisions / research need to be made to determine what performance criteria information would be useful to collect, and what protocols are available. Design and implement performance reports, spreadsheets and/or graphs as requested by the customers; Automate reports / collections in direct support to the CTOC/WAN. Maintain life cycle support for the performance product, files, tables, graphs, etc. Review performance reports and graphs for accuracy.

Principal Communications/Network Engineer
Serves as the Communications/Network Engineering Team Leader, including overall leadership responsibility for Communications/Networks Engineers. Resolves complex network problems, operate network analyzers, WAN test equipment and network simulators. Supports and provides site personnel training on network fundamentals and specific network hardware. Possess advanced written and verbal communications skill. Possess a CISCO Certified Internet Engineer (CCIE) certification, or a minimum of ten (10) years experience in network design to include routing, switching and network security.

Program Manager (Support)
Shall assist Government Program Managers who are managing specific programs at the Delivery Order or TTO level. Assists the Government Program Managers with the management, administrative and technical oversight of the specific program and are the primary interface between the Contractor and the Government Program Manager. Shall possess current knowledge of all work in progress under the specific Program and capable of discussing items or issues for the Program. Level IV and V Shall meet the following additional Work Experience Requirements: be PMP certified or have an equivalent certification and a minimum of 5 years experience pertaining to Systems Engineering, Scheduling, and Risk Management.

Project Control Specialist
Identifies costs for existing IT systems (maintenance, operations, etc). Identifies life cycle costs for proposed IT systems (development, operations, maintenance). Identifies cost savings/cost avoidance associated with retirement of old system or improved performance of new system. Provides briefings on analyses conducted. Performs analysis to evaluate the costs of alternative ways to accomplish functional objectives, analysis including investment costs, benefits and risks as a net change to the functional baseline cost, the cost of doing business now and in the future.

Project Manager
Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common / standard / migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the task order-level TMs, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.

Quality Assurance Analyst
Provides technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, review of program documentation to assure Government standards/requirements are adhered to, and for progress in accordance with schedules. Coordinates with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction. Makes recommendations, if needed, for approval of major systems installations. Prepares milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates and end user representatives.

Develops and implements quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in a large computer-based organization. Develops and defines major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite quality control resources. Establishes and maintains a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assists in the evaluation. Conducts and/or participates in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life cycle.

Security Information System Validator
Conducts Verification and Validation for security compliance of low and moderately complex Information Systems, products and Components. Analyzes design specifications, analyzes design documentation, analyzes configuration practices and procedures, analyzes operational practices and procedures, provides identification of non-compliance of security requirements, provides possible mitigations to requirements that are not in compliance, conducts on-site evaluations, validates the security requirements of the IS, verifiers the system meets the security requirements, validates the system meets the security requirements, provides vulnerability assessment of the system, coordinates penetration testing, and provides a comprehensive verification and validation report (certification report) for the Information System. Must possess experience of security or system engineering in three or more areas including telecommunications concepts, operating systems, databases/DBMS, middleware, applications, web-servers, SANS/Netaps, Active Directory, Firewalls, and Controlled Interfaces.
